Booths
General Information
As an important member of our community and an integral part of Shoreview's growth, the Slice of Shoreview Committee would like to invite you to join us at the Slice of Shoreview.
Hosting a display booth is a great way for commercial businesses, other organizations and nonprofit groups to participate.
Confirmation letters will be mailed by June 1. All vendors will be issued 2 parking permits for entrance into the park for drop off only and assistance will be provided by Slice Committee to assist in unloading. All parking will be across the street at Deluxe Corporation.
Art In the Park
Qualifications:Art and craft items that are of original design and submitted by the artist making the application. Any non-qualifying mdse. will require the exhibitor to remove unacceptable items. It is the intent of the committee to keep the art fair free of buy/sell products.
Display Spaces: 12x12 or 12x24 on grass
Setup: 8 a.m. Friday, 8 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday
Business and Groups
Qualifications: Products commercially available (ex. Mary Kay, Avon) or businesses or groups that are selling a product or service.
Will be approved in order of following criteria:
Shoreview business or group - previous year's participant
Shoreview business or group - not participating in previous year
Non-Shoreview business or group - previous year's participant
Non-Shoreview business or group - not participating in previous year
Display spaces: Spaces are approximately 12 X 12 on grass. There will be no electrical hookups unless special consideration is given. Set up can begin at 9:00 a.m. Friday. Entrants must provide their own tables, tents, and chairs - or they may be rented from the Slice of Shoreview (see application).
Nonprofit Groups
Qualifications: Groups that are educational or nonprofit civic groups
Eligibility: Groups should represent the community. Any products sold must be approved by the Slice of Shoreview Committee
Display spaces: Groups may be in the large 40' X 60' Civic Tent - each groups will be provided an 8 foot table and 4 chairs - Electricity is available for a $10 fee.Vendor must bring heavy duty extension cords. Groups may choose may choose to use an EZ up tent - an 8 foot table and 4 chairs will be provided. Participants may rent tents from the Committee, see application.
