| FOOD CONCESSION INFORMATION & GUIDELINES A limited number of food concessionaires are permitted to participate in the Slice of Shoreview each year. Click here to see a current listing of food concessions registered for this year's Slice.
Eligibility and application To participate in the Slice of Shoreview Food Concessions, you must submit an application and food concession fee. Upon acceptance of your application and receipt of your food concession fee, you will be issued a Slice of Shoreview Concession Permit, which must be displayed throughout the event. Non-permitted entries will be excluded from participation. The Slice of Shoreview reserves the right to reject any food concessionare on the day of the event that does not fulfill these qualifications. The Slice of Shoreview assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to merchandise or equipment. Submission of application indicates acceptance of these conditions. Fees and licenses Space rental fee: to be determined Each concessionaire must also obtain a Temporary Food Service License from the Ramsey County Health Department. Assigned space and setup times To help setup proceed as smoothly as possible, food concessions are assigned a specific booth number and setup time. If you miss your assigned setup time, adequate space for your booth or trailer cannot be guaranteed. If you are unable to arrive at your assigned setup time, the Concessions Committee must be notified no later than two weeks before the event. On-site power Each vendor will be provided with one 20-amp, 110-volt power outlet. If you have more/different power needs, the Concessions Committee must be notified no later than July 1st. Ice Service The Slice of Shoreview will provide ice service. If you require ice for your booth, the Concessions Committee must be notified no later than July 1st. Parking Each concessionaire will be provided one reserved parking space near their booth. The vehicle make, model and license number must be registered with the Slice of Shoreview Committee to obtain a parking permit. All other vehicles must be parked across Victoria Street from the park, at the Deluxe Corporation parking lot. Contact Questions?
